  Moved into a new house, got blinds fitted sooner than expected, staff and service fantastic. If I was to change I wouldn't look elsewhere! Thank you for your amazing customer service.

  Had a very poor experience with this company I had their representative who I believe might be the owner out measuring up for blinds in my house I waited 3 days on a quotation and had to ring them to ask why I still hadn't received my quote only to be told he couldn't get access to my house and abruptly told someone would come back to me. Still heard nothing back from them the following day and I rang a second time still looking for my quotation to be told a second time that he couldn't get access to my house to measure up!! Still waiting a week later on my quotation I've now decided to place my order with another supplier who obviously understands the importance of customer service
